All NAMI Southwest Missouri support groups are free and confidential and require no registration - however, we ask that you read and acknowledge our Virtual Group Protocols below before attending a group. We offer a wide variety of groups to attend either in person or on Zoom, the list below is not exhaustive. Please check our calendar for dates and times of upcoming groups and workshops.

A unique group that focusing on the acceptance that there are challenges and burdens that we will face in life. Nonetheless, we can seize hope together to live a life of joy as we focus on being proactive in our recovery process and live in HOPE. Join us at the Hope Center!

Bring your creative coping skills and ideas as we discuss how to make recovery positive, creative and fun! We will be discussing things such as sensory coping skills, journaling, reading, art, and more! Everyone who participates will be able to share their own ideas if they wish but isn't mandatory.
